Italian sisters Gabriella and Margot Micallef founded the company now known as Gabriella’s Kitchen to create nutritious and delicious foods that everyone could enjoy, regardless of their dietary preferences or restrictions. Naturally, they started with pasta! Using fresh, high-quality ingredients and an original artisanal Italian pasta machine, they created skinnypasta™, allowing everyone to Love Pasta Again™. In 2009, the sisters began commercializing their non-traditional pasta and, in 2015, the company was renamed Gabriella’s Kitchen in honour of Margot’s late sister, who remains the inspiration behind the company.

Although Gabriella passed away after her battle with cancer, her passion for smart nutrition helped her live exponentially longer than doctors predicted. Her memory and passion continue to live on and are celebrated through Gabriella’s Kitchen and skinnypasta™. Margot is our visionary and as CEO she continues to inspire our goal: to transform the way the world eats by providing better-for-you foods without compromising taste or texture.

All skinnypasta™ products are created with fresh, natural, high-quality ingredients and are handmade with an artisanal Italian pasta machine. skinnypasta™ contains no GMO, no additives and no preservatives. We currently offer HIGH PROTEIN fresh pasta that is enriched with vegetarian protein, as well as a line of GLUTEN FREE prepared entrees that are made free of wheat, corn and soy, with dairy-free options available. What we are really excited about is our latest addition to the skinnypasta™ family: SUPERFOOD penne made with teff, an ancient grain that’s high in protein and gluten-free. Our “mom- approved” recipes create a homemade pasta experience for everyone to enjoy, especially those with dietary restrictions.
